We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first host to help us deliver next-level entertainment to our guests. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves games and good times, and can keep guests happy and on track – this is the job for you!

What’s A Lounge Producer?

Think of it as the ultimate party host meets behind-the-scenes MVP. You’ll be the face of the guest experience – welcoming players, keeping the lounges flowing, supporting fellow staff, and making sure the energy stays high and the rooms stay spotless.

You’ll rotate between reception, bar, and lounge areas, and serve as the go-to person to assist with ensuring operations are running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and guide guests through their Game Nite Lounge experience
• Support team members by helping with customer flow and lounge experiences
• Rotate between front desk, bar area, and lounges as needed
• Open and close the lounge – including cleaning, trash removal, and resetting lounges
• Keep an eye on guest behavior to ensure rules and respect are upheld
• Maintain strong knowledge of games, food & beverage offerings, and general lounge operations
• Help create a welcoming, relaxed, and fun environment for all

Skills You’ll Need:

• Training – Assisting with onboarding new staff and ensuring continuous skill development.

• Sales – Encouraging higher sales while keeping service quality high.
• Knowledge of Beverages – Familiarity with cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Bartending Experience – Ability to step in when necessary.
• Speed & Efficiency – Ensuring smooth bar operations, especially during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Must sign a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement
• Must be (or become) ABC and ServSafe certified
• Must be available year-round
• Must pass a background check (no felony convictions)

Game Nite Lounge is Memphis’s newest exciting blend of immersive entertainment and laid-back vibes. We’re redefining what a night out (or daytime fun) looks like, and we’re looking for a Hospitality Director to lead the charge behind the bar and in the kitchen.

What You’ll Do:
As the Hospitality Director, you’ll take ownership of our bar and kitchen operations – ensuring high-quality service, excellent guest experiences, and seamless coordination behind the scenes. You’ll lead the team in delivering food and drinks that complement the fun while keeping everything clean, stocked, safe, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bar and kitchen operations during business hours
• Monitor guest satisfaction and troubleshoot service issues
• Ensure food and drink orders are accurate, timely, and delivered with care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food and beverage spaces
• Enforce food safety and alcohol service compliance Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Manage inventory, track usage, and place orders in tandem with the Location Manager as needed
• Address service disruptions, equipment malfunctions, or guest concerns
Collaborate with the Location Manager to enhance operations and guest experience

Skills Needed:

• Customer Relations – Ensuring excellent guest experiences and resolving complaints.
• Communication – Clear, professional interaction with staff and guests.
• Upselling & Sales Techniques – Encouraging higher sales while keeping service quality high.
• Crisis Management – Managing difficult guests, intoxicated patrons, or emergency situations.
• Knowledge of Beverages – Familiarity with cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Bartending Experience – Ability to step in when necessary.
• Speed & Efficiency – Ensuring smooth bar operations, especially during peak hours.
